Not sure if we reach you?
Everything owners ask us
How does the live GPS tracking work?
When your walk starts, you get a private link by email. Open it on any phone or laptop, and you'll see the walker's live route on a map, along potty stops, photos and notes as they happen. The link expires once the walk is finished.
Why do I pay upfront?
It works like a ride-share: you pay when your booking is confirmed, so there's no cash at the door and no awkward end-of-walk moment. You get a clear receipt by email every time.
Who is actually walking my dog?
A local walker who has passed a background check, met our team in person, and is covered by our insurance. Whenever possible you'll get the same familiar face each week.
Can I book a same-day walk?
Yes, you can request a walk as little as 2 hours out, subject to availability and our approval. We're open 7 days a week, 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For a guaranteed slot, booking further ahead is always safer.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before your walk. Inside that window, a $20 fee will apply. However, we'll waive it once as a first-time courtesy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes, Florida law requires a current rabies vaccination for dogs 4 months and older before we can walk them.
Can I tip my walker?
Yes, you can tip your walker. It's always appreciated, but never required.
